Brewed two years using all natural traditional brewing methods with no artificial preservatives. Using wheat grass, mountain water & fruits fermetating over two years, the flavour and aroma become more intense, while the quantities of vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and other beneficial substances increased in the vinegar.
